We are seeking a talented Strategic Media Coordinator to join our team at Mediabrands. In this role, you will support the team in implementing campaigns, assist in reporting and tracking budgets, and contribute to the analysis and post-campaign summary of integrated campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the team in implementing campaigns and ensuring seamless execution
  • Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, including savings and evaluating partner proposals
  • Learn key programs and tools, including but not limited to BMD, eTAM, AQX, and Nielsen Net Ratings
  • Contribute to the analysis and post-campaign summary of integrated campaigns
  • Develop budget management skills, including proforma checking, account queries, and approvals
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with media and creative agency partners

Requirements:



  • Tertiary education in media, marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Maintains client confidentiality and understands information sharing boundaries
