The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Communication and Content Coordinator to elevate our brand and engage our diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling content and driving impactful communication strategies.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement BehaviourWorks Australia's communication and content plan, aligning with our strategic goals.
  • Network Building: Cultivate a robust network of contacts to source content and promote BehaviourWorks Australia's thought leadership, research, and achievements.
  • Content Management: Oversee BehaviourWorks Australia's digital presence, including our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning.
  • Creative Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit a variety of materials for print, digital, and social media, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for BehaviourWorks Australia events and projects.
  • Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
