
Strategic People Leader

This role will help drive business growth and success in our Defence and Security Solutions (ADSS) business.
Active security clearance is required on commencement.
The Challenge- Provide high-standard support deploying professional capability.
- Develop people plans in consultation with the business, aligning with overall strategy.
- Offer expert advice and support on employee-related issues.
- Ensure people processes and activities align with KBR values, policies, and employment legislation.
- Engage leaders regarding organisational structures and ongoing people requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on organisational culture, engagement surveys, wellbeing, and agile work practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a global organisation.
- Able to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage and advise on ER matters.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict.
- Experience in Defence Industry desirable.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
