We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in people, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, reward and employee relations to support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your expertise in people, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, reward and employee relations to support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle.
- Partner with award-winning teams to identify opportunities and provide advice and tactical support to deliver divisional people activities.
- Play a key role in our technology transformation agenda, supporting our aspiration to be the #1 Digital Bank in Australia.
