
Strategic People and Culture Leader

About the Role
As a senior-level professional, you will have the opportunity to drive programs of work and partner with divisional areas to develop and embed strategic people and culture initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with executive management and stakeholders to develop and implement people and culture strategies;
- Managing organisational change programs that align with corporate objectives;
- Acting as a trusted adviser and business coach to heads of divisions on People & Culture;
- Influencing executive stakeholders to gain agreement on optimal organisational strategies;
- Proactively identifying opportunities to shape and drive APRA's strategic and operational change initiatives;
- Ensuring compliance with HR and WHS regulations, legislation and policy.
About You
- Demonstrated skills and experience leading people & culture strategies, programs and initiatives at a senior level;
- Extensive experience delivering performance and capability plans, engagement initiatives and coaching on leadership and management uplift;
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employment relations matters, including Enterprise Agreement bargaining;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources degree or relevant discipline;
- Relevant experience in financial services industries.
