About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for delivering strategic advice and guidance to business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have strong ethics and values that align to our customer service driven culture, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.

We are looking for someone with relevant tertiary and professional qualification or experience in the delivery of integrated advice and services across a range of people, culture and workforce programs.

A typical day for this role might include:

  • Triage and conduct initial assessments of people management case matters
  • Identify and coordinate review and analysis of business processes and work instructions to maintain Knowledge Management Sharepoint site
  • Lead planning, design and delivery of complex projects including HR leader education training programs

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver strategic advice and guidance to business leaders
  2. Develop and implement people related policies and procedures
  3. Liaise with specialist teams and business to provide employee related advice

About You:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary and professional qualification or experience
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and motivating staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
