Accommodation and Soft Services Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage accommodation services, coordinate soft services, and ensure high customer satisfaction in Randwick, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate accommodation services, including room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the delivery of soft services, such as cleaning, waste management, and laundry services, to meet client standards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for accommodation and soft service inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and service providers to maintain positive working relationships and resolve issues.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including managing service requests, updating records, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Facilities Management team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in accommodation management, facilities coordination, or a customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
