We are now looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator & Salon Host to join our team
**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Coordinator & Salon Host, you’ll be the face and voice of our salon, both in-person and online. This dual role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with clients, has a flair for social media, and is passionate about the beauty industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Salon Coordinator**:
- Greet clients with a warm, bubbly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Manage the salon schedule, including appointments and walk-ins, to optimize service flow.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products and services, with a strong focus on upselling.
- Support the team in creating a positive and energetic salon environment.
- Preferred: Experience in hairdressing or a similar role within the beauty industry.
**Social Media Coordinator**:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to promote the salon across platforms.
- Create clean, impactful reels and visual content that showcases our services, team, and client transformations.
- Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
- Analyse social media trends and adjust strategies to grow the audience and drive traffic to the salon.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with the brand and marketing goals.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $52,623.12 - $98,847.95 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
