About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Services Administrator to join our dynamic team at Australian Turf Club. As a key member of our Membership Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for members, responding to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of membership data.
  • Manage membership database systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and performing data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Membership Services team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating events.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Ticketing Services, to ensure seamless delivery of membership services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a membership or membership services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with membership database systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
