**Accommodation and Soft Services Coordinator**
**Location: Randwick, NSW**

BGIS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Accommodation and Soft Services Coordinator **to join our team in **Randwick, NSW **. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing accommodation services, coordinating soft services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within our client’s facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate accommodation services, including room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the delivery of soft services, such as cleaning, waste management, and laundry services, to meet client standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for accommodation and soft service inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and service providers to maintain positive working relationships and resolve issues.
- Monitor the quality of services provided, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Assist with administrative duties, including managing service requests, updating records, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the Facilities Management team with ad hoc tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in accommodation management, facilities coordination, or a customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
