Role Overview

Luxury Escapes is a leading provider of incredible deals for the world's best holidays, committed to delighting our customers with exceptional travel experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnerships Director to drive growth of our wholesale business, developing strong relationships with trade partners and agents to increase sales and engagement on Agent Hub.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent presentation skills, able to develop and manage a strategy to find, visit, and turn agents into active users of Agent Hub.

You will be responsible for establishing and managing commercially beneficial relationships with agents and agency groups, providing frontline feedback and managing agent expectations and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for Agent Hub through engagement of travel trade network, including onboarding new agents and working with existing agents.
  • Grow number of active agents on Agent Hub, using Luxury Escapes as their supplier of choice.
  • Increase number of agencies subscribed to Lux+ for agents.
  • Achieve required contacts/updates per quarter through regular agent interactions in store, at events and virtually.
  • Increase sales of LE Groups through agents selling private group departures.
  • Work with commercial GMs to provide feedback on products that would increase AH sales and engagement.
  • Work with agencies and affiliates to create strategic goals to increase agency sales.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with travel trade dynamics, agency operations, and wholesale travel propositions.
  • High level presentation skills necessary.
  • Ability to develop and proactively manage a strategy for finding, visiting, and turning agents into active Agent Hub Users.
  • Ability to establish and manage commercially beneficial relationships with agents and agency groups.
  • You will be expected to actively manage agent expectations and internal stakeholders, providing frontline feedback ongoing.
  • Ability to be flexible and creative.

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
