Sales Director

This is a leadership and growth role that will see you drive sales and corporate partnerships for a leading online brand.
Working closely with the CEO and Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for owning revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction targets across the B2B channel.
You will lead and continue to build the team across Business Development, Customer Success, and Sales. This will involve securing major deals for the brand, defining the sales enablement agenda, prioritizing investment to drive increased market share in the Workforce Development market, and leading the team on pitches, proposals, and tender submissions.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in driving sales and business growth.
This full-time position is based in Melbourne CBD, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office).
We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
