About the Role

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office operations. Your strong organizational capabilities and proactive mindset will be essential in upholding our commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Total of 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various teams and executive leadership.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events seamlessly.
  • Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and other essential business documents.
  • Manage incoming communications, including calls and emails, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable administrative position.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement.
