Office Administrator and Bookkeeper Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Office Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our client's small, close-knit team in a distinctive farm environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide executive assistant support, handle personal tasks, coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments, and plan and coordinate events.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain and manage multiple MYOB accounts, record invoices, liaise with accountant and suppliers, and process fortnightly payroll.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in both bookkeeping and office administration roles, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and take ownership of the role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
