**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance goals, including sales, budgets, and cost control.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers, resolving any elevated customer issues.
  • Lead your team to success with great communication, engagement, and employee development skills.
  • Collaborate with other branch managers and areas of the business to implement best practices and consistent processes.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and happy working environment and facilities.
