DCL Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded boutique financial planning business, experiencing a high growth phase and looking for a Senior Client Services Manager. Located in the Dee Why area, this esteemed organization offers valuable exposure to a diverse client base within a close-knit and supportive team.

About the Role

This opportunity involves working autonomously alongside experienced financial advisers to deliver exceptional client services and administration. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring seamless delivery of advice documents.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Supporting the preparation of statements, records of advice, and other key documentation.
  • Responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate client records, and providing timely updates.
  • Implementing advice documents and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and administrative support to meet client needs.
  • Managing the client database to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an individual with:

A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting financial advisers in a similar role.Familiarity with advisor software or similar systems.A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a solid understanding of the financial services industry.
