Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Assistant to join our team at the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network.
Job Overview- This is a casual pool position, offering a flexible working arrangement with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients.
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment within our health unit, providing timely, efficient, and effective services, including catering and cleaning.
- Deliver nourishing meals to clients, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment through general housekeeping tasks.
- Prepare, serve, and deliver food to clients, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meal service, and household operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality or customer service an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A competitive hourly rate of $28.53-$28.82, plus 25% casual loading.
