We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Client Services Team at Bondi Junction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clients' care needs are met through effective and timely rostering of inhome care services
  • Maintain high standards of home support by tailoring services to each client's individual needs
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality services from care staff
  • Investigate feedback or complaints and take corrective action as needed
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, family members, and care staff
  • Ensure all visit notes, care plans, and compliance records are accurately maintained and up to date
  • Foster care staff satisfaction through regular engagement activities and check-ins
  • Support care staff in maintaining a high level of commitment and alignment with Prestige's goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to care services
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Relevant industry training (Cert III in Aged Care/HACC/Disability/Individual Support) is desirable
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle is desirable
