The Admin team plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Pepper Financial Services Group by efficiently managing the office, coordinating executive schedules, and creating engaging team events. This fast-paced role requires an experienced Executive Assistant to work collaboratively with our North Sydney-based team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage scheduling for members of the Executive leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal productivity.
- Reconcile corporate expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organise events, functions, and meetings for both internal and external purposes, showcasing exceptional administrative skills.
- Book and arrange domestic and international travel as required, prioritising efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support for office-related activities, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to grow professionally and make a significant impact on our organisation's success.
