As an Exceptional Client Service Coordinator at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, you will be responsible for delivering polished and professional client and in-house reception services.

The role requires a warm and professional disposition to create client service excellence in reception and concierge practices.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys multi-tasking at a fast pace, with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This role would suit someone who enjoys collaborating with various teams to ensure the client floor operates smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.

You will be proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms, including Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform front of house services to a high standard, greeting clients and creating memorable experiences.
  • Liaise with the catering, technology, business development, and legal support teams to ensure the room booking system and client floor run smoothly.
  • Answer phone calls and manage the reception mailbox.

Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and compressed hours.

We also offer a generous parental leave entitlement of up to 26 weeks paid leave and pay superannuation on both paid and unpaid leave (up to 12 months).
