We are seeking an Office Services Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience that reflects our inclusive and vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming clients and visitors to our office, showcasing a high level of professionalism and creating a warm environment;
- Answering and directing incoming calls when supporting our reception area;
- Maintaining clean and tidy meeting and training rooms, as well as the office facilities;
- Providing food and beverage service, including taking orders, making coffee, and managing stock;
- Assisting with special events, including event coordination, setup, and packing away of equipment;
- Performing other ad hoc duties, such as handling courier deliveries and maintaining noticeboards;
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment;
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive outlook and the motivation to provide memorable client experiences;
- Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks;
