Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Office Services Assistant to join our team at a reputable national law firm. As a valued member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing a busy switchboard, meeting and greeting clients, coordinating and managing meeting rooms, maintaining an impeccable front of house area, and assisting with coordination of tenancy related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy switchboard and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff
  • Meet and greet clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Coordinate and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use
  • Maintain an impeccable front of house area, reflecting the firm's professional image
  • Assist with coordination of tenancy related matters, including security, first aid, fire safety, and visitor access
  • Basic IT troubleshooting, with training provided
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a positive attitude, keen eye to detail, and a friendly, bright, and adaptable personality. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
