The Workplace Office Services Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and comfortable work environment for employees. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various office support functions, including facilities management, supply procurement, mail services, and general administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office support functions to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Manage facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Coordinate supply procurement and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support, including mail services and record keeping
What you'll need:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
