About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our Client Services team at Michael Page. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely responses to clients and team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate room bookings, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the tidiness of meeting rooms and public spaces, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, under the direction of the Client Services Manager.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including event organization, repair and maintenance, and liaison with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential.
