Office Services Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to become a valued member of Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment, a reputable law firm seeking a strong and refreshing Office Services Assistant to join a busy and hands-on business services team.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a busy switchboard and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
- Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the firm.
- Coordinating and managing meeting rooms to ensure efficient use of space and minimize disruption to the team.
- Maintaining an impeccable front-of-house area and ensuring the office and reception areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Maintaining office and stationary supplies and ensuring the team has access to the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
- Assisting with coordination of tenancy-related matters including security, first aid, fire safety, and visitor access.
- Basic IT troubleshooting and providing support to colleagues with technical issues.
- Other ad-hoc duties and projects as required by the team and the firm.
This role will suit a mature-minded individual with a client-focused attitude and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
