Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts that drive revenue and meet guest expectations.
  • Manage kitchen costs, inventory, and labor effectively to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain high HACCP standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
