About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team within a big box hardware retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a large team within a big box hardware retail environment
  • Organising various aspects of the business including promotional events and product campaigns
  • Having flexibility to work on occasional weekends to carry out store events
  • Continuing to build customer relationships whilst improving on sales and efficiency within the store
  • Liaising with the Franchise Owner and other leadership members to improve on effectiveness in store
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and skills in team building and customer service
  • Prior experience in hardware is not necessary
  • Experience managing a big box business/store
  • Familiarity with programs such as Pronto and Tanda is highly valuable
  • High effectiveness in organisation and improving efficiency
  • Driven to learn and build on the business
  • Retail background is required
  • High operational ability and competence in managing different systems
