About the Role

As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of conferences, events, and seminars. This role is critical in ensuring that events are successful, engaging, and meet the objectives of the organization or client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Study Research: Find relevant case studies for IT conferences in the ANZ market.
  • Speaker Identification: Locate and contact the appropriate speaker for the case study on the end-user side.
  • Case Study Summarization: Summarize case studies in two to three paragraphs, covering the business case, use case, implementation steps, and key business outcomes to establish ROI.
  • Invitation Writing: Craft a compelling hook and value proposition for inviting the case study speaker.
  • Vendor Research: Identify the vendor(s) and the best point of contact within the vendor used for the implementation.
  • Competitive Analysis: Identify three to five competitors of the vendor.
