Role Overview

As the Conference & Events Coordinator, you will be instrumental in orchestrating a variety of events. Your collaboration with our centralized C&E team will be crucial in crafting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), engaging with clients, and ensuring flawless execution in partnership with the Food and Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to grasp event objectives, develop comprehensive event plans, and maintain adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Oversee the execution of conferences and events, including weddings, ensuring every detail is attended to.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during events, striving for excellence.
  • Coordinate all logistics, including equipment, contractors, resources, and personnel involved in supporting the event.
  • Uphold a polished and professional demeanor as a representative of our organization, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in Food & Beverage service during less busy periods.
