About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to play a key role in driving our business forward.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written skills, extensive experience in tender responses, and proven project management and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the end-to-end bid writing and submission process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tender Response Development: Lead high-quality, professional tender responses that meet customer specifications and objectives.
  • Project Management: Drive and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely delivery of tender responses.
  • Process Monitoring: Continuously improve bid content and processes to ensure consistently high standards are maintained.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the Bid Team to deliver exceptional results and provide written instructions and feedback to the sales team.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through company and government websites.
  • Sales Resource Improvement: Enhance the sales resource and information library to support the sales team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure prompt registration and delivery of all bids.
