About the RoleThis opportunity is open to experienced professionals with around 7 years' background in similar roles within professional services environments. As a key business partner within your local office, you will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling bid strategies and manage high-quality engagement-specific and panel bids.
You will provide guidance and coaching to partners and pitch teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for the firm, while ensuring effective project management and timely delivery. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence will be crucial in driving success across various industry sectors and services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent business writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for visual storytelling. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including document design, layout, and formatting, is also essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or journalism would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust bid strategies, collaborating with senior leaders and subject matter experts to drive high-quality outcomes.
- Coach and mentor partners and pitch teams to enhance their skills and confidence in bid development and presentation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of bid strategy and management, ensuring seamless integration with other functions.
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results under pressure.
- Collaborate with the Bids Enablement team to identify potential opportunities and distribute them to the appropriate teams.
