The Senior Bid Specialist plays a pivotal role in Arup's work-winning activities across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth and success through expert pursuit development and bid management.
As a key member of the Marketing and Communications, Business Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing bids to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive win strategies and improve bidding processes
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of information and meeting deadlines
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Proven track record in bidding, including scheduling and production
- Strong proofing and content development skills
