Core Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading civil contracting powerhouse in their search for a talented Bid Specialist. As the Bid Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind successful tenders and proposals, working alongside engineers, estimators, and project managers to produce standout submissions that win work and grow the business.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Liaise with Engineers, Estimators, and Senior managers to gather project information
  • Craft clear, persuasive bid documents that meet client requirements and showcase their capabilities
  • Maintain bid templates, registers, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor tender portals and ensure deadlines are met without compromise on quality
  • Add creative flair to the look, feel, and presentation of their submissions via InDesign

About you:

  • Experience in bids/tenders, proposals, or document coordination (civil contracting or construction industry experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent written skills with a knack for turning technical detail into compelling content
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple submissions at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, bubbly, can-do approach
