**About Your Role**

You will play a pivotal role in leading our bid/project teams to achieve business outcomes. This includes strategically developing high-quality and competitive bid offers that exceed portfolio objectives in terms of performance, growth, and reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide specialist direction and guidance to a portfolio of bid/project teams
  • Strategically lead the development of high-quality and competitive bid offers
  • Ensure the portfolio objectives are exceeded in terms of performance, growth, and reputation

**Requirements**

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with significant experience in a similar Bid/Project/Program Management position at a senior level
  • Strong technical knowledge and proven leadership experience in effectively leading Bid or Projects teams
  • An influencer who can leverage technical knowledge, mentor others, and achieve outcomes through people
