Mental Health Nurse

You will be an integral member of a skilled multidisciplinary healthcare team delivering high-quality mental health services to patients. Your responsibilities will include undertaking intake assessments, risk assessments, crisis intervention, case formulation, and medication management, as well as providing extra support services as required.
As part of your role, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and provide individualized support to patients. Your commitment to delivering evidence-based practice and promoting positive patient outcomes will be essential in ensuring the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality mental health interventions and support services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies
- Ensure timely and efficient discharge planning and coordination
Serco's Australian Defence Force Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Defence personnel across Australia. As part of this contract, we partner with Bupa to deliver clinical and support staff across multiple on-base locations nationally. Our goal is to ensure Defence personnel have access to quality on-site medical care, supported by our experienced healthcare professionals.
