About the Role

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic guidance and advice on human resources matters. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's human resources strategy, aligning with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the delivery of human resources generalist activities across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and other value-added projects.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on human resources matters, including compensation, retention initiatives, succession planning, conduct and capability issues, grievances, organizational change, and employment and employee relations matters.
  • Support managers and employees in maintaining effective working relationships.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years' experience as a human resources practitioner in an organization with a large blue-collar workforce.
  • Solid working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels in the organization.
