The Role
We're seeking an HR Graduate to join our Brisbane office and contribute to our dynamic People & Culture team. As an HR Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Onboarding and Induction
- Managing the onboarding process for new staff members, including scheduling inductions and setting up new starters.
- HR System Maintenance
- Maintaining the accuracy of HR system information.
- Learning and Development
- Scheduling learning events and reconciling attendee lists to ensure accurate records.
- Recruitment Support
- Assisting with recruitment shortlisting and reference checks.
- HR Events and Initiatives
- Coordinating HR-related events and initiatives.
- Performance and Salary Reviews
- Providing support with the performance and salary review process.
- General Assistance
- Providing general assistance to the team, including diary reminders, meeting bookings, internal staff communications, electronic filing, research, and contribution to projects.
- HR and Payroll Queries
- Answering HR and payroll queries from staff.
About You
We're looking for a recent graduate with a degree in HR or a related field who has:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Technical Skills
- A high level of skill in computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Confidentiality and Discretion
- The ability to communicate effectively and confidentially.
- Organizational Skills
- A 'can do' attitude and refined organizational skills, including an ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
