The Role

We're seeking an HR Graduate to join our Brisbane office and contribute to our dynamic People & Culture team. As an HR Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Onboarding and Induction
    • Managing the onboarding process for new staff members, including scheduling inductions and setting up new starters.
  • HR System Maintenance
    • Maintaining the accuracy of HR system information.
  • Learning and Development
    • Scheduling learning events and reconciling attendee lists to ensure accurate records.
  • Recruitment Support
    • Assisting with recruitment shortlisting and reference checks.
  • HR Events and Initiatives
    • Coordinating HR-related events and initiatives.
  • Performance and Salary Reviews
    • Providing support with the performance and salary review process.
  • General Assistance
    • Providing general assistance to the team, including diary reminders, meeting bookings, internal staff communications, electronic filing, research, and contribution to projects.
  • HR and Payroll Queries
    • Answering HR and payroll queries from staff.

About You

We're looking for a recent graduate with a degree in HR or a related field who has:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills
    • A high level of skill in computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion
    • The ability to communicate effectively and confidentially.
  • Organizational Skills
    • A 'can do' attitude and refined organizational skills, including an ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
