About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Umwelt Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegating and coordinating tasks within the administration team to ensure timely completion and adherence to existing policies and procedures.
  • Managing office duties, including data entry, timesheet management, and expense tracking.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office functions, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facilities upkeep.
  • Providing administrative support to the National Administration Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and document management.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • High degree of professional integrity and a strong ownership of responsibilities/accountabilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
