About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Communications / Administration Support Officer. This is a 12-month assignment with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and offers flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and review high-quality correspondence, briefing notes, and project documentation.
- Provide financial support, including budget monitoring and account reconciliation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as project registers and electronic records.
- Organize meetings and community engagement activities, including site tours.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the provision of goods and services.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in providing executive support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
