Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-performing sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing properties from prospecting to settlement.
  • Manage and finalize agent commissions, ensuring accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties.
  • Coordinate with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to ensure the smooth progress of sales and all appointments are on time and efficiently run.
  • Liaise with vendors, tenants, and outside agencies to arrange access and prepare properties for photo shoots and inspections.
  • Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
  • 12+ months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Sound knowledge of Agentbox & Excel.
  • Great presentational skills.
  • A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression.
  • Be a motivated self-starter.
