Senior Sales Administrator

Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-performing sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing properties from prospecting to settlement.
- Manage and finalize agent commissions, ensuring accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties.
- Coordinate with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to ensure the smooth progress of sales and all appointments are on time and efficiently run.
- Liaise with vendors, tenants, and outside agencies to arrange access and prepare properties for photo shoots and inspections.
- Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
- 12+ months experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Sound knowledge of Agentbox & Excel.
- Great presentational skills.
- A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression.
- Be a motivated self-starter.
