Insurance Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive to join our team in North Ryde. This role will suit someone with a strong background in general insurance or broking, as well as comparable client servicing and sales experience.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow their business. You will also work closely with our Client Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to grow their business.
- Collaborate with our Client Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring we are always providing the highest level of service to our clients.
- Be responsible for credit control of client invoicing, including debt management and payment enquiries.

Requirements
- General insurance or broking experience.
- Comparable client servicing and sales experience.
- Tier 1 qualifications in Insurance.
- Strong experience using software programs, such as CRM/MS Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks to deadlines.
- Ability to assess and complete work with a high level of attention to detail.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
