  • Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or ecommerce setting.
  • Product knowledge and familiarity with sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
