Job Title: Administration & Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration & Customer Service Representative to join our team at Visy. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues via email and phone
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, handling enquiries and providing information
  • Action and resolve service requests, investigating escalations and service failures
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining the accuracy of our database
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding updates to investigations and claims
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Provide timely resolution of Container Deposit Scheme customer enquiries
  • General administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the service team
  • Data entry – processing and updating client information

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in a previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High levels of attention to detail
