Contract Administrator

GREATBUILD PTY. LTD is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to oversee the administration of contracts, programs, and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract administration strategies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving contract-related issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Manage and allocate tasks to team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and document project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to minimize project expenses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business administration or construction management.
- Relevant experience in administrative roles, property, or construction industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
