Requirements
  • Bachelor of Construction or Engineering degree.
  • 8+ years of post-grad experience in commercial construction, with a focus on contract management.
  • Proven ability to manage negotiations, variations, and claims.
  • Strong team building and management skills, with a focus on collaboration and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
