Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of tenders and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and issue HIA New Homes Contracts to clients.
  • Coordinate the gathering of necessary information for building permit applications.
  • Collaborate with the construction department to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule appointments with clients for color and electrical selections.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed throughout the project.
