The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Contract Management: Manage procurement and negotiations to secure the best outcomes for our projects.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure diligent head contract and sub-contract compliance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project financials and deliver detailed cost management and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a Contracts Administration role within the commercial construction industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with a solid understanding of the Security of Payments Act.
  • Expertise: Previous experience with lump sum, Design & Construct (D&C), and Construction Management (CM) contracts.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project financials and exceptional negotiation abilities.
  • Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
