The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of high-end architectural builds ranging from $3 million to $15 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer service
  • Ensure smooth project progression through effective project management
  • Prepare detailed scope of works and manage multiple projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Contract Administration
  • Strong knowledge of the BCA/NCC and associated Australian Standards
  • Experience working on residential and commercial residential projects
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding procedures, and industry regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and development projects
  • Strong understanding of the building industry, practices, WHS, and government regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with Procore is highly advantageous
  • Computer literacy on all Microsoft Packages & construction/project management software

Location

Based near Macquarie Park or Northern suburbs and willing to travel.
