About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts, including variations and claims
  • Lead and motivate a team of contract administrators and coordinators

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Construction or Engineering degree
