About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our talented team at Ivanhoe Clearance. As a key leadership role, you will support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and mentoring the store team to achieve exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

This position offers a unique rotating roster to support work-life balance.

About You

  • You should be passionate about delivering customer service that exceeds expectations and have previous experience in a retail sales environment.
  • A passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment is essential.
  • You should be able to achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs within our high-performance culture.
